Shipping Policy

Your mystery football box is sent tracked by Royal Mail.

Due to high demand, please allow 5-10 working days prior to dispatch.

Delivery times can vary please see below for a rough delivery guide 

UK - 2 working days from dispatch

International - please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch. There may be delays in customs which we have no control over. You will need to contact your local courier as identified on the tracking. 

Shipping and VAT (UK customers) will be added at checkout

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You may be charged customs upon your order entering your country. We are working hard to try and get this incorporated into the initial booking but at present this is out of our control. Currently you will initially pay for the box and shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging and tags still attached along with all original contents. All returns will be reviewed and any that do not meet the standards as mentioned above i.e no tags or tampering of tags will be refused and sent back to the buyer.

You will need to include a note with your name, order number and the address to send the replacement to.

Exchanges

If you wish for an exchange because you have changed your mind, this isn't a problem, provided it is within the 30 calendar day return period, however you will be charged for £4.00 for return costs which cover the following: Postage, Cover, Tracking and materials (UK only)

International customers can contact us to discuss options. 

If you wish to have an exchange because you have received a team which goes against your religious/political views, this can be done, however if not listed in teams you wish to avoid, you will be responsible for covering the cost of sending a new shirt out. 

Tight Fit

Please note if you're planning on returning your mystery shirt because it is a tight fit and you did not select that you wanted a size up if the sportswear company that manufactures the shirt is renowned for a tight fit, then you will incur a postage cost if you wish to exchange of £4.50 (International orders will occur different charge).

If you're looking to return the product because it's a tight fit and wish to have a refund, this will not be a problem however we will only refund the cost of your mystery box not your original postage or returning postage cost.

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will inspect and notify you of the result. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the mystery box only, back to your card of original purchase which can take 3-5 days to appear on your account. 

Loss / Delays

If a parcel has not made it to the destination within an adequate time frame, please contact your local courier with the tracking number. Please notify us if you encounter any difficulties where we can then chase the courier. Please be mindful that we are unable to chase every order so we will be relying on the customer to contact the courier in the first instance. Please note that only when a parcel is officially lost and a claim is being processed can we refund the customer or send out a replacement box. The process for investigation or claim can take up to 31 business days to process. Customers will be kept up to date with the investigation. 

​Once dispatched, parcels can be delayed for whatever reason. These circumstances are out of our hands.

Damaged Parcels

MFJ are not responsible for any parcels damaged during transport. If the damage has affected the contents inside, please take pictures and keep the original packaging. You will then need to notify the courier and submit a damage claim. 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged shirt from Washing

Please note we are not responsible for any damage caused by washing your shirt in the washing machine. We recommend all shirts are submerge in soapy water and soaked. Use gentle movements to swish the item through the sudsy water. Avoid scrubbing or twisting actions that can stretch or damage the fabric. Gently swish the garment through the sudsy water until the item is clean.

Clubs no longer playing 

We acknowledge that clubs can fold, however if clubs have folded while we holding inventory stock, these shirts will still be able to go out with orders. However if customers feel unsatisfied with this you can return for an exchange.
